About the founder

Liz is a certified personal trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and certified group fitness instructor (Athletics and fitness association of america). She started her fitness journey working out with VHS tapes as a kid, followed by 10 years of martial arts training and a first degree black belt. Her group fitness classes include Les Mills Body Pump and Combat, hardcore abs, HIIT, and boot camp.

Liz is a mom to a young boy and girl. She knows firsthand that time is precious and workouts can be hard to come by! Any opportunity to exercise is a win!
